What's Going On 4 You (WGO4Y) is a company that specializes in promoting, marketing, creating, organizing and implementing all forms of entertainment. WGO4Y’s aim is to connect entertainment providers with entertainment venues and then connect both parties with the general public looking for entertainment.

WGO4Y’s target market is 3 groups:

  • Owners of entertainment venues (bars, nightclubs, theaters ect..ect..) These individuals will be referred to in this presentation as Customers

  • Entertainment Industry Professionals (music artist, Dj’s, promoters ect..ect..) These are individuals who provide all the services needed by a venue to create and host entertainment. These individuals will be referred to as Members.

  • The General Public Individuals looking for entertainment.

WGO4Y will be offering different membership packages to all 3 groups. For most Customers & Members, marketing with WGO4Y will improve their business, increase their revenue and lower their promotion costs. The cost for using WGO4Y will pay for itself in terms of months, depending on what package the customer chooses. Because of WGO4Y's geographic capabilities, its catering to all local businesses, lack of competition, and low overhead cost, the customer will experience increased business and revenue while decreasing promotion expenses. For The General Public, WGO4Y will provide an outlet for an adolescent child to a senior citizen, to find their preference of entertainment and discounts at local businesses.

Here's how it works:

  • Customers will have their own promotional page on WGO4Y, which will double as most Customers website, due to the fact that 75% of bars and nightclubs in SC have no website. Which shows there's a need for WGO4Y . The page will contain photos of the venue, the basic information and location. Customers will also be able to post job contracts to the Job Board, where Members can apply for the contract. Customers will also be able to contact Members of their choice for their services. Customers can create posts, for individual events, that will be posted on the events page of the WGO4Y website. Customers can also get access to the WGO4Y Coupon Program. Which are deals made between WGO4Y and the Customer, specifically for WGO4Y’s web visitors.

  • WGO4Y will build and maintain a network of Members (who are independent contractors). This part of the WGO4Y network will be the Entertainment Angie's List for anyone who wants to work in the entertainment industry. Members can utilize a network built solely for their occupation. Members can post jobs on the job board as well as contact other Members to contract for services. Members can also become part of the WGO4Y in-house team and work for a salary.

  • WGO4Y will be a tool anyone in the General Public can use to find their preference of entertainment. An individual can create a profile and save their entertainment choices, so that only their entertainment preferences show when they log-in. The Coupon Program was created for them, so people will have access to all local coupons and more. The General Public can also pay a fee to contact Members on the network for services.


WGO4Y will also create and provide the following services:

  • Spotlight Night- WGO4Y highlights certain customer’s venues every Saturday night, to bring attention to a new venue or an already existing venue wanting more exposure. WGO4Y will organize, promote and provide tools from its network. A musical artist or popular Dj, videographer and photographer. The event will be photographed and video recorded (events can also be live streamed), for content that will later be used to make a post for the spotlight section of the website. This service can provide a significant boost in business for a venue.

  • Team Event Hosting- Events put together by WGO4Y, for Members only. These events are open for investment. Members can buy in through packages that are offered based on pricing and area. WGO4Y will provide website promotion, social media promotion, physical and digital tickets and a limited amount of backstage passes (if applicable). Packages will be on a first come first serve basis.

  • Network Mixer- Event put together by WGO4Y for Members to network with each other and for stage artists to showcase their talent. Each mixer will have an A,B or C-list artist stage performance (depending on the venue) and/or mainstream industry professionals looking for talent such as a record label executive.

  • Volunteer Program- A program for the General Public to gain access to WGO4Y services first. WGO4Y will put together and participate in various charity and community events. The General Public can earn rewards for their volunteer time like free concert tickets, free alcoholic beverages, free meals at participating restaurants ect..ect..). Members who volunteer their time for these events, will receive first access to apply for jobs, Team Event Hostings, mixer sign up and event tickets before they are posted to the WGO4Y website. Some events will be mandatory for Members who want to participate in Team Event Hosting.

  • Raffle Program- WGO4Y raffles off a variety of products, to help fund charity and community work. The General Public members will have access to buy or earn free raffle tickets. Free raffle tickets can be earned by volunteering hours, taking surveys, inviting a friend who makes a profile, good report cards (students & teachers), using coupons and attending events. They also get access to exclusive members only items up for raffle that are not available to those who don't have a profile.

  • Email & Text Alerts- The General Public can sign up for the option to receive email or text alerts on when and where an event they might like, is taking place, when and where they can volunteer, V.I.P. sign up, see new raffle products, event ticket purchasing, new coupons and more.f

  • V.I.P. Program- This program gives members access to events that have V.I.P. accommodations, before they are posted to the site. Alerts will be sent to V.I.P. members about events and ticket purchasing 24 hours before an event is made public.

  • Coupon Program- This program gives all members and any visitors to the site access to discounted deals from participating businesses. Members will have access to more exclusive discounts and deals. All local businesses can participate in this program even if they’re not in the entertainment industry.

  • Entertainment Consultant:A professional entertainment event consultant, who's job is to help Customers, Members and the General Public, navigate the WGO4Y website and services. Which includes: help planning a weekly schedule, advise on the entertainment options available in that area, help find the right service provider ect.. Job Board: A section on the WGO4Y website where businesses can list

  • Job Board:A section on the WGO4Y website where businesses can list jobs/services needed. These posts can only be accessed by WGO4Y Members. The jobs/services can be a single event or multi event contract or a permanent position. When the job is done, the Customer is required to give a rating of the entrepreneur, for the service provided. Businesses can also hire one of WGO4Y ’S entertainment consultants for help obtaining the right job/service.
